Before you ask
The questions that decide whether an order is possible
Straight answers. Where the honest answer is a limit, we state the limit.
- What is your minimum order quantity?
- 1,000 units for bundled sets (the probiotic set and the spray-gun kit), and 2,000 units for standard catalogue SKUs. Both figures are recorded per SKU on the catalogue page. MOQ is waived for repeat orders once a formula is signed off.
- How long does production take?
- 7–15 days for stocked catalogue formulas, and 25–40 days for private label including sampling and artwork approval. Lead time is quoted per SKU on each product page.
- Can you develop a formula we do not already sell?
- Yes, within limits. We hold 20 ready-to-ship formulas and an R&D partnership signed in 2021. Custom formulation, packaging and label artwork are all in scope. We will tell you honestly at the first call if a target claim is not formulable or cannot be substantiated in your destination market.
- Which certifications and lab reports do you hold?
- ISO 22716 cosmetic GMP with a class-D cleanroom, FDA establishment registration, and a production permit for both disinfectants and feed additives. 10 third-party reports are downloadable on the certifications page, including ammonia and hydrogen-sulfide removal determinations and a 12-month available-chlorine stability study.
- Which markets do you already export to?
- Twelve or more, concentrated in Russia, Brazil, the EAEU and the EU. Trade-compliance documentation for those destinations is on the trade compliance page.
- Do you publish prices?
- No. Pricing is quote-only because it depends on volume tier, packaging specification and destination. Send the SKU and your annual volume and you will have tiered pricing within one business day.
- How quickly do you reply?
- Within one business day on WhatsApp during China Standard Time working hours, and the same window by email. The contact page asks for three things only: the product, the volume, and how to reach you.
- After I place the order, when do I get a tracking number, which channel do I use, and what does the freight cost?
- From order confirmation the goods take 7–15 days after payment confirmation for a stocked catalogue formula, or 25–40 days after sample approval for a private-label order once the sample is approved. 35% is prepaid when the order is placed. Your tracking document is issued when production is complete: the logistics order number — a bill of lading (B/L) for sea, an air waybill (AWB) for air and courier — is confirmed with you before the balance is settled, and the goods ship once that balance is paid. It travels with the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, MSDS and the batch COA. Samples are the exception: those leave with a courier tracking number within 48 hours. You choose the channel: sea FOB in 25–35 days to Europe and the US West Coast, sea DDP in 40–50 days door-to-door with duty and tax inside the quote, air in 5–7 days, or express in 3–5 days. Freight is quoted per lane against your destination, volume and Incoterms term, and is shown separately from the product price, so you can compare on the same basis.
