Self-owned land in Heyuan, Guangdong — no third-party lease risk. Park includes production, warehouse, dormitory, and wastewater treatment on a single secured site.
5,000 m² GMP workshop
ISO 22716 GMP-aligned with class-D cleanroom filling, purified water system, and a dedicated chlorine-dioxide suite. Photographed during your audit visit.
3,000 m² office building
Houses sales, customer service, regulatory, finance, and the R&D documentation team. English-speaking account managers work from this building.
Production lines
Six integrated lines from raw material to packed carton
Each line is built to handle the volumes that brand clients actually order — not lab-scale curiosities. Lead times are documented, not promised.

Stainless mixing & blending
500L–2,000L jacketed vessels with temperature, RPM, and vacuum control. Batch records captured digitally for every formula.

Class-D cleanroom filling
Peristaltic and piston fillers for 30ml–1.5L formats. Class-D environment with online particle counting and personnel gowning protocol.

Capping, sealing & induction
Screw cap, pump, sprayer, and tamper-evident induction seal. Inline torque testing and leak detection at full line speed.

Labeling & coding
Auto-label applicators, batch coding, lot and expiry printing. Your artwork, your languages, your barcodes.

Carton & pallet packing
Shrink-wrap, inner box, master carton, and ISPM-15 export pallet. Ready for direct FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen loading.

Storage & logistics
From the workshop to the shipping container — under our roof
Finished goods move from the GMP workshop into a temperature-controlled warehouse within the same park. No third-party logistics partner, no handoff between buildings, no inventory that leaves our sight until it reaches your nominated forwarder.
- ✓ Raw material warehouse — quarantined IQC area, segregated by batch and supplier.
- ✓ Finished goods warehouse — climate-monitored, FIFO-racked, lot-traceable from any pallet.
- ✓ Export dock — direct loading into 20' / 40' containers with ISPM-15 pallets and full export documentation.
- ✓ 300,000 bottles / month — current capacity headroom; line upgrades planned for 500K by 2026.
